Information for Our Sponsors

We want to thank you for your support of our 2020 Lincoln Reagan Day Dinner which is to be held on June 26, 2020 at the Wilma Rudolph Events Center in Clarksville; that is still going to happen!

However, due to the COVID issue, there are some changes in our event this year.  Instead of having a formal sit-down dinner, we are going to be compelled to do things a little different in order to accommodate such requirements as social distancing, capacity requirements and other changes in our normal practices.  We have talked with our caterer/event planner and have come up with the following.

  • A “box meal”, with our same menu, will be provided for each ticket purchased.  It will be prepared in some very nice take-home, sterile “Tupperware”-like containers.  In order to comply with the social distancing, however, we are asking you to come to the Event Center between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm to come and pick that meal up, along with an Event Program and other hand-outs in a reusable bag.  Upon return of your choice, you will be sent your pick-up ticket(s) for your meal.  As you go to each candidate, have it punched and it will be placed in a drawing for a special “door prize”.  If possible, please let me know the approximate time that you wish to pick up your meal.    Please complete the form on this page.​

  • We want our candidates to have the opportunity to meet with as many people as possible and since we will not be having a speaker and formal program, we felt it would be beneficial for each candidate to have a booth space with materials and a place to meet and talk with guests as they arrive to pick up their meal.   Therefore, you will have an opportunity to meet those who are running for the very important positions in the August as well as the November elections.


  • We will a Courtesy Table for our Table Sponsors who are not candidates and those guests who purchased advertisement for our Program.  You can bring and display materials or other articles on this table. ​  Click here to reserve that space.

    • ​​For Table Sponsors who are not Candidates and Candidates who did not purchase a Table --- 4' section  of an 8' table
    • Guests who purchased an advertisement in the program -- 2' section of an 8' table

  • We will also have our silent auction items displayed with bid sheets and hope that you will take the opportunity, as you come through to pick up your meal(s) and meet the candidates, to look at the display and make a bid on one of these very special items.  Our ladies’ have taken a great deal of time and worked very hard to offer you an exciting and unique selection.   This will also provide some additional funds for our work in supporting our Republican candidates.


We hope that this will work out well for you and that you will make plans to come out to the Wilma Rudolph Event Center on June 26th.  We understand that this is not exactly what you expected and we regret that things are not going to be as they normally are, but this was totally unavoidable.   It will be a “Walk-through” Lincoln Reagan Day event this year!  We look forward to seeing you on the 26th.
